Each session we will release a new fun set of videos, you will register and then Log in with your own log in name and password that you created. Then simply click play on the class you want to take. Pause and rewind as needed.
How many art classes do I get?
If you enrolled in our monthly program, you will receive 4 classes a month plus some surprise bonus classes. New supplies will auto ship with additional supplies every month.
If you bought a Gift Box you will receive 6 classes and the ArtBox with all materials needed to finish those 6 classes will be shipped to you or the person gifted the Box. You will create a login name and password to join in the classes.
How often do I receive a new ArtBox with material?
If you enroll in our Art program you will receive a new ArtBox with additional materials needed every 4 weeks.
What are bonus classes and how do I get them?
We will randomly post fun art bonus classes that you will be able to get in your email and through our social media. Make sure you subscribe to our Facebook and Instagram page ArtBox 4 Kids.
Do I need to supply with any material?
Yes, simple material such as a cup of water and paper towels. Occasional you might need a fork , spoon or other home supplies.
All required material are listed and attached to each video.
Is the paint safe for my child?
Yes, the paint is safe for your children. All of the paint we use is certified nontoxic through ACMI AP.
My child is 4 years old, is that too young to do the art classes?
No, your child will be able to do them fine by themselves. You can just assist with logins and open up the email link to the classes. They will do the art classes to their level.
If my child gets paint on their clothes, will it stain?
Most paint will easily get washed out, wet the spotted cloth and soap it up before it is dries. Wash it and it will come out. If you want to take extra care of your child’s garment please order an apron from our store and we will send it right to you.
Are these art classes more for beginners?
Even a beginner or a young child can easily follow the instructions. If the child is more advanced they will add their personal touches and skills to the art created.
I have one brother and one sister, can I get a discount?
Yes, we have sibling discount. Please refer to our store for up-to-date on current discounts.
How can I cancel my auto enrollment membership?
Enrollment plans will automatically renew monthly unless you opt out, pause or cancel your membership. Please send us an email and notify us 14 days prior to cancelation, so the next ArtBox will not ship out.
